What is inside
- Invoice sheet: Header with your details, bill-to block, ten item rows and a totals section.
Key columns and cells
- Description, Qty, Rate: type these for each item. Amount is calculated.
- Discount % and Tax %: enter your own rates. The default 18% is only an example.
- Invoice no., date, due date: the date fields use today's date until you overwrite them.
How to use it
- Replace the example row and your business details.
- Type items in the blue cells; leave the black cells alone.
- Check the total, then use File > Print or Save as PDF.
- Save a copy for each customer with a new invoice number.
Notes and assumptions
- Tax rules differ by country and business. Check what your invoices must contain.

Can I add more than ten items?
Insert rows inside the item table and copy the Amount formula down.
Does it calculate GST?
It calculates tax using the rate you enter. See also the GST calculator.
